It was a very beautiful day at Thousand Peaks on the west side of Maui.  As soon as we paddled out, though, the wind really picked up and was blowing us right out to sea!  So we came back near the shore and watched a mom and baby jumping and jumping – so amazing…  We surfed a few waves and came in for a nice rest on the beach.  Lots of whale activity this time of year as the humpback whales migrate from Alaska to be in our area from November/December to March/April.
